A Beachside VRBO Gets a Glow UP
The new owners of this St. Augustine Beach home wanted to add bedrooms, bathrooms, a roof deck, pool, and a game area to make it a fun vacation rental for large groups.
To take full advantage of the beach views, we redesigned the decks and exterior to add a roof deck and additional outdoor decking. Spiral staircases and fresh paint gave it a whole new look. The tiki carved palm says you have arrived!

The old garage became the new game room lounge with surf mural and comfy lounge seating.

The poolside bathroom and kitchenette display the playful tiki/surf theme.
Rope handrails add a beachy touch.
The living room got a major refresh.
The powder room wallpaper evokes the waves of the ocean.
The dining area can seat 12. The boho light fixture keeps it casual and fun.
Dated, frumpy bedrooms were given a fresh coastal feel.

The custom built-in bunk beds create a fun space for kids to hang out.
What had been an upstairs sitting area became an ensuite bedroom with sliding doors to the new deck.
